GWNU has two campuses, one in Gangneung and the other in Wonju in Gangwon province. Wonju is close to Seoul and has a convenient traffic network to many cities. It takes about one and a half hours by bus from Wonju to Seoul and about 30 minutes by KTX. As one of the big cities in Gangwon-do, it has a convenient living environment, and the prices are generally lower than in Seoul. Moreover, because Wonju is near beautiful Chiaksan and has many valleys, you can live and study in the city surrounded by nature’s beauty.
