• 2 Making land useful (learn real estate development/planning while discovering the potential of land and buildings by creating new value).
• 3 Dealing with geographic information (learn GIS that collects/manages/analyzes maps and geographic data using a computer.)
• 3 Acquiring professional certification (obtain various professional certifications such as urban planning engineer, cadastral surveying engineer, surveying and geospatial information engineer, traffic engineer, and certified public accountants.)
• 3 Various career paths (students can find careers in city planning/cadastral surveying civil servants, Korea Land & Housing Corporation, Korea Expressway Corporation, Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation, city planning/GIS/real estate companies.)
